The Tolsen Fixed Combination Ratchet Spanners (8–32mm) are durable hand tools designed for efficient fastening and loosening tasks. Each spanner features a fixed head with a ratcheting mechanism on one end and an open-ended wrench on the other, allowing for continuous rotation without removing the tool from the fastener
